The Yale Law & Business Society (YLBS or the Society) serves as a platform for students of the Yale Law School (YLS) interested in corporate law, business, entrepreneurship, corporate social responsibility, and regulation. The Society presents a series of lectures and workshops and organizes networking events and programs to support the academic and professional interests of our members throughout the academic year and intervening summers. In its programming, the Society works closely with the corporate faculty at YLS and the Yale School of Management (SOM) and with alumni of both schools.
